JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motion graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

As a motion graphics designer, your role will be to create graphics and two-dimensional and three-dimensional animation from conceptualization to the final product. 

Responsibilities :

•   Creating visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms

•   Utilizing video software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Cinema 4D, to design and execute captivating motion graphic projects.

•  Trimming footage and putting together the rough project.

•   Inserting sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects. Captures high-quality images & Video for promotional campaigns, events, and other projects.

•  Incorporating typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic content.

•  Adapting and optimizing motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices.

•  Contributing to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table, contributing to the overall success of the design team

•  Managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, and delivering projects on time and within budget

•  Staying updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of motion graphics design.

 

 

Requirements:

 

•   You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

•  You have prior experience as a Motion Graphics Designer as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects

•  You possess strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Video editing, Cinema 4D, Photography or similar tools

•  You have a keen eye for design and aesthetics

•  You are organized and can prioritize effectively

Their responsibilities include developing strategic plans, preparing budgets, coordinating sales training programs, directing sales activities, and ensuring the growth of the company's sales.

Overall, the sales head looks for ways to increase the company's revenue and sales.

 

Responsibilities:

•  Researching new markets and using the data to forecast sales, set performance goals, review strategies to increase revenue, and set operating budgets.

•  Devising and implementing new business initiatives and sales strategies and monitoring their effectiveness.

•  Ensuring effective training programs for sales representatives, assigning trained sales representatives to various territories, and setting their sales goals, revenue targets, and key performance indicators.

•  Overseeing the company's sales growth by evaluating sales reports and capitalizing on particular products or services.

•  Increasing the efficiency of business procedures by meeting with operational and sourcing departments.
