About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AGM – RERA Advisory / RERA Counsellor who will primarily focus on RERA advisory and provide legal support. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of RERA regulations, compliance management, dispute resolution, and documentation for real estate projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Good exposure on handling RERA cases on behalf of a real estate firm.

  2. Negotiations, good knowledge of RERA compliance.

  3. Resolving disputes & ensuring that the penalty on behalf of the company is waived off.

  4. Coordinating with the Legal team for any kind of assistance.

  5. Coordinating with the CRM Department in order to understand the case history.

  6. Should know how to apply for RERA registration of new projects and take care of complete RERA documentation.

  7. Prepare and submit RERA-related documentation, applications, and responses.

  8. Liaise with RERA authorities and other government departments as required.

  9. Maintain updated records of all RERA filings, compliances, and proceedings.

  10. Support management in decision-making by providing insights on RERA matters and compliance risks.

  11. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents related to RERA and real estate projects.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Law graduate (LLB or equivalent).

  2. 7 to 10 years of experience in the real estate sector, specifically in RERA compliance and advisory.

  3. Strong understanding of RERA Acts, rules, and real estate regulatory procedures.
